School
The only certainty in the small business sector, is uncertainty. Change is inevitable. How SME’s respond to that change is critical to their development, growth and eventual scalability. SME’s looking to grow the business face a range of specific challenges and this pathway provides them with a responsive practical way to overcome them.
Performance Management School
Change is undeniable. Organizations are developing and evolving over time through the process of change. SME’s have choices to either reactively respond to external environments with determinism or proactively initiate the change. This pathway will introduce participants to the methods, tools and strategies for measuring and managing performance as well as analysing and troubleshooting existing performance measurement issues.
